No, the food is not delivered hot. It is sent to you refrigerated. Simply put the food in pre-heated oven 180 degrees for 10 minutes or until hot to touch and serve as they are delivered ready to go.

All items are packed in recyclable platters. The platters are not only environment friendly but also sleek and stylish making them perfect for serving.

We recommend 8 to 10 pieces per adult for every one to be fed properly. Anything less than that would be good as a pre meal. please keep in mind that guests can have more than one item of the same thing and should also be taken in account.

Each platter comes with 20 canapés unless specified otherwise.

We require 5-7 days of notice in advance for a staffed event.

This depends on the number of guests & menu, as general rule of thumb;
We recommend 1 staff could “heat and serve” for up to 30 people.
For 30-50 guests, 1 staff to heat/prepare & 1 to circulate and tidy.
For 50-100 Guests, 1 staff to heat/ prepare, 2 to circulate and tidy.

We deliver all across Melbourne Metropolitan and outer victoria. delivery fees is calculated with an automated calculator upon check out.

For weekday deliveries, all orders must be placed with 2 day notice (eg- wednesday delivery must be placed by monday). Saturday and Sunday orders must be placed before 9pm Wednesday. If unsure simply give us a call.
