Delivery for All orders
All weekday deliveries must be placed with 2-day notice. Weekend orders must be placed by 9pm Wednesday. Delivery Fee is calculated automatically based on your location. When a preferred delivery time is unavailable Plant Rich catering will ensure delivery is made prior to the agreed time.
Please provide easy delivery access to your location.
Kindly allow approximately 15-20 minutes for traffic conditions and ensure mobile number provided is reachable during delivery times.

The invoice generated is inclusive of all applicable GST and delivery charges.
Last minute orders
As we are a artisan catering company and everything is handcrafted, we do cater same day orders with fewer options. Contact us and we’ll do our absolute best to accommodate your request.
Cancellations
We understand situation can arise in which you must cancel delivery/ function. Due to limited booking availability, we request that you cancel with adequate notice.

We require a minimum of 5-day notice for cancellation. please inform us by 14:00 5 days prior to your scheduled delivery/function to notify us of any changes or cancellations.
If no prior notice or the notice given is not provided within the minimum notice period, you’ll be charged a cancellation fee for the delivery/function.
- The cancellation fee is 40% of the total invoice.
- The cancellation fee may be deducted from any deposit paid for the function/delivery.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Amex( surcharges apply Amex 1.5%, Visa & Mastercard1%)
Delivery Orders must be confirmed 48 hours prior to delivery. Payment in full is required to confirm the order.
Dietary Requirements
PLANT RICH staff and suppliers prepare all food in accordance with the food standard set by food standard Australia and are HACCP Accredited.
PLANT RICH takes strict care and steps to ensure no cross contamination of food occurs. However equipment used within may contain traces of nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten and other known allergens.
We will not accept responsibility or liability for an adverse reaction to any of our food by any guest.
