This depends on the number of guests & menu, as general rule of thumb;
We recommend 1 staff could “heat and serve” for up to 30 people.
For 30-50 guests, 1 staff to heat/prepare & 1 to circulate and tidy.
For 50-100 Guests, 1 staff to heat/ prepare, 2 to circulate and tidy.
